Is there a washroom on board?
Yes! A big, beautiful washroom that is fully accessible!
Can wheelchairs come on board?
Yes! We have a ramp – just let us know so we can be ready.
Can babies come on board?
Yes. We love babies. Transport Canada does not require infant life jackets but you may bring one if you wish.
Are walkers allowed?
Of course! We will position folks with walkers comfortably at the stern if they wish to remain with their walkers and use them as their seat.
Are strollers allowed?
Of course! We position strollers comfortably at the stern.
Are dogs allowed?
We welcome all trained and licensed service dogs. Emotional support dogs are also welcome with a certified letter from your physician.
Will we see water monsters?
Maybe!! The legend of the Napanee River Giant Beaver is real!!!!!
What happens if it rains?
The Norman Paul has windows that can be lowered.
Do you ever cancel a cruise and if so, will we be refunded?
Yes, we will cancel if the winds are too high or there is a possibility of lightening. In that case, a full refund will be issued.
